Coronavirus: Bartender Laid off, Need Mortgage Help
I am a single man that works full time as a bartender for an Italian restaurant. I am an avid disc golf player and health advocate. I also spend my free time running and playing basketball with my friends from the restaurant.
I was laid off due to Coronavirus pandemic with no warning and no estimated return date to work. I make enough money to pay my bills every month between cash tips and my recorded paychecks, but I do live paycheck to paycheck. I had no savings set aside when I was suddenly laid off without warning and was not prepared to be able to pay my mortgage in the event that something like this happened. I need Modest Needs' help to pay my mortgage payment.
Receiving help with my mortgage payment this month will assist me in having more time to figure out how to pay next months mortgage payment and possibly prevent me from potentially losing my home due to the impending economic crisis and recession. Your help would make a lasting impact on my ability to keep my home and my financial future in tact. The outpouring of support that restaurant workers have received through this crisis is incredible and I hope to be able to one day provide help to someone else as you all are trying to help me in my time of need. Thank you.
