Coronavirus: College Student Needs Help
My Story:
I am a 24 year old college student at the University of Central Florida with a pending graduation at the end of this Spring semester in May 1st who's also in the Florida Air National Guard. I live with two roommates who are college students and working professionals.
I have a job with my very own University working as a Ticket Sales and Customer Service Representative for the sporting events. However, the University has cancelled all Spring sports as a result of the ongoing global pandemic therefore leaving me without an occupation or events to work. I also have salary from the Air National Guard. Due to Coronavirus pandemic, I lost income from both of my jobs. I now need Modest Needs help with my electric bill.
This funding will allow me to stay above water during this difficult time. The ongoing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 has created a challenge with not only finances but with finding new employment and a career after college. However, I am confident that my efforts in my ongoing job search will lead me in the right direction thus I will only need financial help with my single rent payment. Thank you.
