Dear Modest Needs Donors, I would like to take the time to say thank you to all the donors across the country and around the world who have offered to help me and my son and many others like me. The day i got the call from my manager saying she had to lay me off work due to the Coronavirus at that point i really didn't know what i was going to do i had took the last of my money and went grocery shopping. So i had to tell myself to just put it in GOD'S hands and ask him to lead me in the right direction that's all i could do at this point and take it one day at a time. I have worked so hard all my life as a single mother to provide for my son so im just trying to stay focus and on the right track through this crisis i don't want my son to see me stressing about how the utilities and rent will be paid if it wasn't for the donors around the world i don't know what i would do so i have been taking it one day at a time hoping this natural disaster will all be over soon so things can go back to normal. I really would love to get back to work. So to all the donors that took the time to pick my application up it really means a lot to me and my son u all have really took a load off my back. I just wanna say Thank You again from the bottom of my heart to all the donors across the country and around the world. Its people like y'all around the world who can make a big difference in peoples life and i grateful that im one of those people you was able to make a difference in my life. P.S. Coronavirus: Single Mom Laid off, Needs Help With. Utilities
My Story:
I'am a single mother of one and have been laid off work due to the Coronavirus.I was a full-time server at the Marriott Hotel and my son is still in school focusing on graduating.
I live from pay check to pay check and I don't have a savings account.I make enough money to pay my monthly expenses but due to Coronavirus pandemic I got laid off. I need Modest Needs help with our utility bill.
This funding will take away the stress I a m experiencing right now and allow me to stay current on my bills during this crises. Thank you.
