My Daughters Flu Kept Her Out of Daycare & Me Out of Work. Please Help Us Catch Up

My Story:

I am a single mother of one beautiful little girl who brings me so much joy. I work full time at the hospital kiosk. I had the opportunity to switch to working at the kiosk instead of the main hospital cafeteria to fit my daughter schedule and I wouldn't have to work any weekends and holidays. It was hard to get a babysitter to watch her when I had work. Sometimes I had to bring her into work when people will cancel on me last minute. I felt like it was messing with my performance at work having to do my full-time work and watch my kid while I was there because at the end of the day she is my responsibility.

When the opportunity came to me to be able to switch and change my schedule I took it. The only thing is that I cannot pick up as much overtime as I could but it still supports us. My daughter is 2 years old and she is a ball of energy, she loves to play, she loves to explore and she is fearless. She really keeps me going so no matter what i have to keep pushing forward not only for her for me as well. The last three months has been hard on us with the weather changing my daughter gets sick easily. So I will have to call off of work sometimes one day sometimes two days and that affects my income when that happens. My daycare bill fell behind because my daughter came down with the flu. She could not go back to daycare for an entire week, therefore I missed more work too. I had to pay this as I need her to be cared for while I am at work, so now I really need your help with my utility bill.

Personally it feels like I messed up somewhere along the line. I am still trying to work my hardest to get everything back on track dnd make sure that we are okay. Your assistance would mean the world to me. With the help of the Modest Needs I will get back on track and have everything together. I usually do not like to ask for help but I feel like If I don't ask I won't know the help that people can assist me with. I want to thank and appreciate any assistance that I get know that it will be a big help.
