Struggling Single Mother Needs Your Help After Car Repairs
My Story:
I am a single mother of an 11 year old daughter. She is in 7th Grade and an honor student, who runs track and also plays volleyball. I work full time and commute to San Rafael from San Leandro everyday for work.
The commute has taken a toll on my car. I had to fix a few things on it and then within 3 months the car gave up on me. I earn enough to cover just our basic needs everyday month, so this put a burden on my budget. I need Modest Needs help with my cat payment so I can re- adjust to catch up since I had this unexpected expense.
This funding will help me be current on rent and also help me to catch up on other bills. I can also be able to have breathing room and not have to choose one bill over the other.
