Hardworking Father of 2 Between Jobs, Please Keep Electric on Before It's Too Late
My Story:
I am a happily married father of two. Our children are ages 10 and 8. They go to the same Elementary school. My daughter loves to ride her horse and my son loves playing soccer and flag football.
We have always been able to pay our bills. However, earlier this year I was laid off unexpectedly. I decided to go back into the finance industry, where I worked previously. I obtained my life insurance license and went to work for a company called UIG. Life insurance sales takes a bit to ramp up and we just need help with our electric bill in the meantime. UIG is a great company and my opportunity with them with be very fruitful going forward. We aren't worried about the future at all we just need to make sure our lights do not get cut off in the transition.
We have a shut off notice for next week. I cannot imagine putting my wife and children through that. Going forward I will be able to take care of our monthly obligations and start building a savings. I have searched every resource out there for help with this and no one can help. I am feeling very hopeless at this point. Help from you generous people at Modest Needs would take such a massive weight off of me, I cannot even begin to explain it. Please please help us.
