Job Loss and Injury, We Need Your Help To Get Back on Track

My Story:

I am a married father of two beautiful daughters and our family recently found out we have a third child on the way. Our daughters are very excited to be welcoming a sibling into our family! My 9 year old daughter is very creative and loves playing softball, and my 5 year old daughter is very energetic and full of personality. We enjoy going on bike rides as a family and taking our dog, Jax, on walks. I work full time as a Respiratory Therapist at a hospital and my wife was laid off in July from her employer as a Member Service Representative for a health insurance company.

We earn enough to pay for our basic expenses every month, but we are still living paycheck to paycheck. Since my wife's recent unemployment, I have taken a 2nd job working part-time for a home health company, but I injured my knee during the same month my wife was laid off, and we did not have any savings set aside. My wife is receiving unemployment benefits bu we also lost our medical, dental, and vision benefits so I've had to take on this extra expense through my employer, and premiums are very expensive. We got very behind and need your help with our phone bill. With your help and my new part time job we can get back on track.

I use my phone for work at the hospital as I am sometimes on call and need to be able to get a hold of for emergencies. I also use my phone with the home health company to communicate with both my employer and my patients. My phone is just something I cannot go without as it is my main communication with both of my employers. This funding will bring out household current with all of our bills again, and bring a sense of stability to our household. My wife is actively seeking employment, and now that I have returned to both of my jobs, I will be able to makeup for my wife's loss in income. Once we are back on track with our bills, I plan on building an emergency savings fund for our family, and having this second employer should allow for this. Your help would greatly help our family during our time of need and bring us some peace. We cannot wait for the opportunity to be current with our household expenses and one day pay it forward.
