This person has left the following thank you note:

I dont think any amount of words can justify how thankful I am to have such wonderful people help not only myself but my daughter as well. I will forever be in the debt of kindness, and will pay it forward until Im unable to pay it forward anymore. I appreciate each and every person who didnt HAVE to help me out but that decided to do so anyway. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! God bless you all! Thank you!

I'm a Veteran & New Mom to Adopted Child. Without Car Insurance, I'll Lose My New Daughter.

My Story:

I am a military veteran who's proud to have served my country. I'm also a brand new parent to an 11 year old girl who was abandoned by her parents when she was little. She and I immediately fell in love, and after three years fostering her, I knew she was meant to be my baby, especially because I've always wanted to be a mom but can't have kids of my own. She's the miracle I've always prayed for and I've never been so happy.

It was already an adjustment for me to have a new daughter of my own, but now, we're going through a really difficult adjustment because I've just been honorably discharged from the military and my military pay has been cut (I work two jobs). I'm reworking my budget right now, but for the last few weeks, we've been upside down when it comes to income and bills. Then, at the very worst time possible, my car insurance came due, and I just don't have the money to pay it. This is a disaster because I still have to check in with child services for the next year, and if they find out I can't drive, they're liable to determine I can't actually care for my daughter and take her away.

During my time in the military I've seen a lot, but this is the first time in a long time that I've actually been afraid. My new daughter is everything to me, and she feels the same way. If I lose her over this bill, I'll never forgive myself, and I don't want to think about how it would affect my child. So if you could please, please help me to pay this bill just this one time, you'd be keeping this family together, and I will make SURE I pay back every penny to others in need and then some. Thank you for reading about my situation. Please help us if you can.
