Single Mom Needs Help with Insurance Deductible for Job-Saving Surgery

My Story:

I am a single mother of a 9 year old boy. I care for him and my father who is unable to work (dad lives in my basement as he can not afford a place of his own and is on SS.) We really are a paycheck to paycheck family. We get by, but we don't have money for anything extra AT ALL.

I recently went to the doctors for a pain down my arm and had to get a MRI. It looks like neck surgery is in my future. The pain is terrible, and if I don't get the surgery, I won't be able to keep my job. That would be a disaster for my family. T/he good news is that I have health insurance. BUT, we have a large annual deductible, and I'm going to have to pay over $1000 out of pocket in order to get the coverage & surgery I need. If I can't do that, I just can't have this surgery, and without help, I just don't have the money.

My deductible is $1,800, I have already paid some of it, but your help will get it all covered. When the surgery date is here it will also help with no up front costs. I work full time in the medical field so every minute counts with my son, and your help will get me healthy to continue to do so. I have always been very active so I was very surprised to hear about the condition of my neck. Your assistance would mean everything to us. Thank you so much.
