This person has left the following thank you note:

User-submitted image - Click to see real sizeI appreciate the sacrifice you have made to help my daughter and myself out. We understand that you gave up something so we could make it and we will not forget it. After years of rejection from others, I have been afraid to reach out or even look for help from others, so your sacrifice will not be in vain. You have helped provide a way for my child and myself to finally have a place that we can call home and we appreciate you deeply. To be honest I didn't think we were going to be able to even receive the funds so we truly appreciate your willingness to not only reach out to us, but to lend a helping hand. Your decision to help us has changed my outlook on the people of this world. For years I have been an introvert because I was afraid of the people in this world, I was afraid of rejection and how others perceive my struggle. So even you taking the time out to read and hear our story means so much to me. We appreciate you for listening to our story and not ignoring it and passing it by, but instead seeing someone in need and giving what you can to help is more than a blessing. It is a move based on faith and we pray that each and everyone of your blessings be released. Thank you so much.

Our Car Insurance May Leave Us Homeless. Please Help Disabled Vet & Single Mom with 1 Month's Rent!

My Story:

I am a single mother of one beautiful daughter. She is 6-years-old, creative and very smart. She enjoys writing and drawing, spending time assisting in the kitchen and helping others. I recently became unemployable but before I loved serving as a waitress. In our spare time we assist others in the community and I joined the PTA at my daughter's school. I am a disabled veteran.

Living solely off of my VA benefits works for us, but doesn't allow for wiggle room for unexpected bills. I had many car issues, medical bills and just plain life get in the way recently. I can no longer to work to supplement my income to prepare for emergencies like this. I have fallen behind on my rent and I need your help with this month's payment.

If I cannot catch up we won't have a place to stay and end up homeless. This funding will help very significantly. Our lease ends on 3/28/2019 and I am very afraid that if I have to pay for everything, I will not only be in the hole financially, but will have nothing left over to relocate. I suffer from PTSD, depression and anxiety this help will allow me to experience a peace of mind, allow my daughter to be a child and not have to always help take care of me. My daughter deserves way more and if she sees that even we can receive help she will understand that not everyone in the world is bad. I want her to be able to experience a childhood and not have to grow up too fast because I lack financially and personally. This assistance will change our lives permanently, but not just financially it will help me mentally and emotionally.
