Help Single Man With Rent After Job Loss
I am a single man who recently returned back to the work force after being disabled for 10 years due to a car accident. I had surgery about a year ago so I have been really starting my life all over again. I have two sons and one daughter who live with their mother in other states.
On top of my car accident injuries, I also became unemployed recently due to medical issues diabetes. I could not return back to my job. I used all money I had to pay my rent, car insurance, car payment, child support etc while I was looking for a job. I was hired on 01/28/2019 full time with benefits. After this period of unemployment, I need Modest Needs help with my rent.
This funding will help me maintain my apartment and not become homeless. I have been living in my apartment complex for over 5 years, I have always paid my rent on time. I have been hired and will be more than able to sustain myself moving forward. This funding will put me back on my feet. I will be able to help someone else in the future in any way I can. I was smart and saved my money but I spent everything I had on all my bills and medicine while I have been looking for employment.
As of 2019-05-13, this application has been fully funded!
This request for help was funded at the recommendation and through the support of Modest Needs' donors.
