Single Mom Needs Help With Large Medical Bill After Injury and Surgery

My Story:

I am a single mom of a wonderful 11-year-old daughter. She is active in sports and dance and loves animals. We spend a lot of our time outdoors with our dog, Mimi. I work full time as a mortgage assistant while also completing an online degree.

As a single mom, we are on a tight budget and I support my household by myself. Unfortunately, I have a high deductible medical plan and incurred large medical bills after my fall on ice which injured my left arm and shoulder. I fell on black ice and required surgery. I am requesting Modest Needs' assistance to avoid these bills I can't afford with my tight budget being sent to collections.

Your help would alleviate my medical bills that are piling up. I am worried they will be sent to collections and I don't want to be refused medical treatment because of it. I am working on my MBA in hopes to gain more financial stability and be able to pay forward this assistance to someone else in need. Your kindness at this crucial moment will mean so much for my quality of life and my families' well being.
