I write this testimonial with tears in my eyes because I am overwhelmed with gratitude that my request has been funded. I have been so extremely stressed out over the bills piling up and of course the possibility of my family losing our house and since I no longer have the ability to work like I once did, and I do not have family that I can call on, I honestly had given up hope, but during all of this I held on to something that my grandmother always said; the mustard seed of faith. Help Family Keep Their Home After Unexpected Bills
My Story:
I am a 36 year old wife and mom of 2 sons, ages 4 and 6. I have been living with MS for almost 17 years and my 6 year old son is also on the autism spectrum. I worked for 10 years as a consultant for Verizon Communications until I no longer could because of my health, and I am now on disability. My husband works full time. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat.
We have been experiencing a financial hardship over the past 2 years with large expenses popping up back to back. My husband�s cars exhaust system went and we had to have it repaired and then two months ago, we a deer and it totally damaged the entire from bumper. Thank God we were all okay. The majority of our appliances are electric which has made our electric bill very high. I have had 3 shut off notices in the last 6 months. We never have any extra money and have absolutely no savings. We have gotten behind on our mortgage with these other unplanned expenses. We need your help with this payment.
This funding would would be a blessing. I have been so stressed out, which makes my MS flare up. Your help with bring us current with our mortgage company and I would then have more money to use towards groceries and items that our family needs. Even though my oldest son is on the spectrum, he is very in tune to my feelings and he often sees me looking sad and worried and will ask me why I am sad and I would love to be able to smile, have less worry on my heart, and just be with my family.
