Car Repair Assistance Urgently Needed to Maintain Income
My Story:
I am a single woman with no children attempting to get back on my feet. I work part-time as a warehouse associate.I was laid off in 2016 and have been having a hard time finding full-time employment. I do not have anyone else to support me so I also drive for Uber and Lyft to supplement my income while I continue to look for full time work.
My car is my only means of transportation to get to and from work as well as interviews and ride share driving. I am an need of repairs and the costs are unexpected. I do not have a savings to fall back on, and paying for this urgent expense would cause me to fall behind on regular bills. This situation is personally affecting me because without reliable transportation I will be unable to get to and from work as well as drive for extra income until I'm able to secure a full-time job. The repairs on the car are detrimental to my ability to drive to and from work. I really need Modest Needs assistance with this car repair.
Your help with this unexpected circumstance will not only help me get to and from work it would also allow me to continue to drive Uber until I find a fulltime job to make ends meet for my household. This funding will alleviate the constant stress I feel, and help me to remain self-sufficient.
