This person has left the following thank you note:
We're humbled by the email we've received! We were unable to give the kids a Christmas this year, but what a way to come into this new year! We had almost given up hope for help, it's hard to keep faith when you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thankfully, you all decided to be a HUGE blessing to our family. So with tears in my eyes I'm writing to say, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! From our family to all of you and your families. I pray for you all to be blessed as you have been a blessing to us. Again, thank you and happy new year!
My Husband was Temporarily Out of Work. Please Help Us Keep Our Home!
I'm a hardworking, school bus driver and married mother of 5. 3 children are currently living in our home and we're a blended family. Our oldest living at home is a 15 year old that loves K Pop, our 13 year old is very energetic and our 14 month old just learned how to walk. My husband is a sweet man with a heart of gold, that works hard for his family.
My husband and I both work full time for our family. We've had savings and emergency funds but unfortunately, when my husband lost his job, we've had to empty those accounts to pay our bills. Because it was a prolonged loss, we've been unable to catch up. We've been really stressed and it has put a serious strain on our marriage. We've tried not to let them see it, but I'm sure our kids can tell things aren't going so well. We need your help with our rent.
My fear is that we'll be evicted from our home. We don't want our children sleeping in a car. This funding will bring our bills current and relieve some of our stress. My husband just started a new job as a call center rep, so it will help until he receives his first check. This will give us a chance to rebuild both our savings and our emergency funds. Peace will reside in our home again. Our kids will be happier. My husband and I can have less stress on our marriage. We will be forever grateful for the help.
