Missed Work Due to Medical Issues, Please Assist Family With Rent
My Story:
I am a married mother of 3 wonderful children and a grandmother to my 2 year old granddaughter who we are helping to raise. Our oldest son is 25 and has moved out of the household with his wife. We have a 15 year old awesome son that is a junior in high school that loves studying to work in the mechanical/tech field. Our beautiful daughter is 23 years old and resides in our household with our sweet, loving and precious grand daughter. My wonderful husband works as plant utility at a paper manufacturing business. I am currently unemployed at this time due to some health related issues since I am a cancer survivor of 16 years. I care for (without pay) my grand mother whom is on hospice and my grand daughter since her mother has just been back to work for 1 week currently.
My husband earns enough to meet our basic expenses every month with drastic amounts of overtime pay. He has had to miss work reducing his wages to 60% due to having multiple kidney stones in the last 6 weeks. They are wanting to do a very serious surgery to remove all the stones since a few are too large to pass. Due to the unexpected medical expenses to meet our deductible we have exhausted our savings and had to borrow a hardship loan from his retirement. Also, our grand daughter has lived with us since birth in 2015 because our daughter was a single mother. Our daughter has recently found a job but will not receive her 1st check until the end of this month. She has never received any help from the state or child support. We need your help to get caught up with our rent.
If we could graciously receive this funding, it would help us to regain stability with our home situation and allow the wages from our daughters check come into the household to help with expenses. Also, your help would be a wonderful blessing to our family so we will not become homeless and can continue to provide a stable loving home for our children and granddaughter. Thank you so much for your consideration with our current situation and for giving our family some hope.
