Help Mother of 4 Keep Lights on After Move
My Story:
I am a single mother of 4 struggling to make ends meet. I have a 19 year old son who is very happy, active and anxious to pursue his college schooling. I have a 17 year son who is a senior in high school and happy to finish high school and follow his older brother's footsteps and pursue college. My 11 year old daughter is my sunshine, always happy and giving it her best at school and at home. My 8 year old is my little helper who is the sunshine of my life as well. I work full time and try my best to spend as much time with my kids and try my very best to provide for them.
I lost my house and had to look for a place to live. I used all my savings and resources to put a deposit and pay 1st months rent. This caused me to be in an unexpected financial bind and fall behind. I have gotten my lights shut off recently and had to pay almost $700.00 to turn them on. Without lights not much can be done in a home, let alone feed my children. I manage to live paycheck to paycheck to pay for our basic expenses every month, but need your help with my electric bill payment this month.
This funding will bring my bill current and will help me build back an emergency savings for the future. Your help will make a lasting impact on my family and it would show my kids an example of how others can help make a difference and learn to pay it forward.
