I Fell And Shattered My Arm. I've Recovered, But My Finances Are Still In Pieces.
My Story:
I work for the state, and this past year has been chaotic. I am a woman of strong faith and I believe I was led to this site not by accident. I love to be outdoors and enjoy walking my German Shepherd, Anya. I have four children all grown, but I lost my oldest son this past year.
I lost my oldest son, had to move into an apartment because my fiance left, and I was stuck in a house I could not afford. Then to top it all off I fell down some stairs in February, which caused the bone in my arm to split. I had major surgery, including a steel plate and 11 screws. I was out of work on unpaid leave and am behind on everything. It's just a mess. I live check to check but can usually manage. If Modest Needs could help me with rent it would allow me the opportunity to catch up on the rest.
This surgery, thank goodness for insurance, and missed work really put me behind. Thank you for your help in advance, you don't know how much its appreciated. I am so far behind on everything it seems like I will never catch up. I just can't see another way without your help. My favorite Bible verse says that if you believe, you will receive anything you ask for in prayer. God Bless.
