I Need Urgent Back Surgery. Please Help a Father of 3 With Doctor's Fee.

My Story:

I am a husband and father that has worked hard all of my life. I enjoy fishing and outdoor activities. I have had 5 back surgeries since 2006. I worked construction up until 2006. I have 3 kids and 5 grandkids (4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter). My wife works at Wal-Mart and has been there for almost 20 years. We went through a flood in 2015 and lost everything, we are still coming back from this.

We earn enough to live paycheck to paycheck. We have no savings set aside and I found out in September that I need to have another back surgery. I have a bone spur that is as big as your thumb pushing into my spinal cord at the top of my neck. If I don't have it removed surgically it will just keep getting worse and eventually it could paralyze me. We need Modest Needs to help us pay the initial payment for the doctor's fee so that he will do the surgery.

This funding will allow me to have the surgery that I need. Also once I get my disability started then we will be able to maintain our expenses. We will be able to start building an emergency fund for ourselves so that if anything comes up in future we can cover it.
