This person has left the following thank you note:

Thank you so much for funding my application! I was not looking forward to having one more tooth removed and ruining my pretty smile. With your help my nice smile has been saved as well as my confidence. I will now be able to work and socialize with confidence. Thank goodness! It is such a relief! Your generosity shows that there are wonderful people in this world. Thank you for helping me! Also, I will be able to chew my food properly which I would not have been able to do without this crown. Consequently, you have also helped with my health. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You are truly wonderful people! I appreciate your help and I cannot say thank you enough.

Dental Work Necessary to Save My Tooth And Prevent Expensive Implant

My Story:

I am a substitute teacher. I also work as a companion for an elder and disabled services agency. I enjoy my work. As a substitute teacher, I love watching the children learn and as a companion, I enjoy making the lives of my clients a little bit easier. One of my elderly clients just turned 99 years old. I also do volunteer work and am a Guardian Ad Litem for an abused and neglected child. I enjoy contributing to my community.

I earn enough to pay for my basic expenses every month but when a large unexpected expense arises I need to seek out help. I need help with dental work, specifically paying for a crown for a molar that fractured. I already have one large space from a molar that was pulled and I do not have the money for an implant. To prevent this from happening to a second tooth I need a crown. With a pretty smile I can confidently continue to do my work as well as socialize. In addition, if I ever want to apply for a different teaching job I will have a confident smile.

This funding will help me financially as I will not have to pay out of pocket for this much-needed dental work. It will help me personally as I will be able to chew my food properly and would therefore be good for my health. In addition, I will be able to keep my confident smile for work and social life. Your help would make a long-lasting impact as I will be able to save my tooth which will help me in many aspects of my life.
