This person has left the following thank you note:
To all the donors on Modest Needs that made this possible for my family and I, I would like to truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. They say in life that we may run across Angels in disguise and I truly believe you all were heaven sent. What have you done is nothing short of a miracle meeting a need where there was a true need. This will give us some breathing room to focus on our other bills and start with a clean slate for the new year. I truly believe what you do on earth will also be given back tenfold in heaven. You all are truly angels in disguise. God Bless you and Merry Christmas..
One-Two Punch Of Illness And Car Repair Has Us In A Real Bind
My name is Ellis Gandy. I am married with 2 children ages 8 and 14. My wife was recently diagnosed with an advanced form of Leukemia and these past few months have taken a tremendous financial and emotional toll on our family. We recently had to repair my truck which put us in a financial struggle. We need help with one month's rent, it will alleviate a lot of stress for this month and we can focus on the new year and budget accordingly.
I will get my quarterly bonus at my employer the end of December so will be ok for January rent and going forward. If you could find it in your heart to help I would be eternally grateful. Thank you and God Bless.
