Single Mom & Teacher Needs Help After Paying For Car Repair
My Story:
I am a single mother of one child. My partner and my child's father committed suicide 4 years ago, which has sent us reeling. I teach elementary school full time. My 10-year-old daughter loves to sketch and dance. We also have a 3-year-old Golden Doodle, Shiloh.
We moved from Oregon to Washington in July, which has been very challenging. I used any available savings to secure a new home and a moving truck. After we moved, our car broke down, which depleted our funds and put us behind on other bills. We need your help to bring our internet bill current.
This help will bring me some much-needed relief. With this support, I could stabilize our bills. I know that this would help us recover and we would be fine. This help would reduce my anxiety, and allow me to be more present as a single parent, and as a teacher. I intend to donate to Modest Needs as soon as I am able.
