Help Me Pay For Physical Therapy So I Can Keep Up With My Grandkids

My Story:

I enjoy working and being active with my grand kids. They love sports and so do I. I work at a department store here in town.

I have medical bills that have piled up recently because of my health conditions. I'm doing physical therapy for my back but my insurance does not cover the total treatment cost. I will appreciate whatever you can do to help.

I'm in pain on a daily basis. Dr. Lopez said if I don't fix this problem now it can affect my organs. I enjoy working and I don't want to be disabled. Also I want to be active with my grand kids. They love sports and so do I. Your help will give me the freedom to continue my treatment, remain independent and most importantly, healthy.
