Single Mother Needs Rent Help After Missing Work For Court Case Against Children's Father
My Story:
I am a single mother of 2 children a boy and a girl, ages 3 and 9 both born the same day 6 years apart. They are the most lovable children, very sweet and passionate and they love to learn and build things with legos. They have such a bond, I watch them and in disbelief wonder how I got so lucky to birth these amazing angels.
I recently with through a breakup of a 7 year relationship that has caused my hardship. I currently am struggling monthly with my rent and this month I just don't have it. Over the course of the last year I have missed days at work to attend court for a restraining order against my child's father for harassment and lack of support. He has had the apartment broken into twice to steal the rent money in trying to have me evicted with the children along with clothes and other belongings of the children. Due to having to be in court and appear at police stations to give statements many times a month, I have suffered a great loss of income. He has also stolen and maxed out my credit cards. I'm scared to be evicted for my kids if I cannot pay the rent. I need Modest Needs help with my rental payment.
This funding will give me the chance to get ahead a little and every little bit counts. I will be able to have them ready for school on time and also be able to get to and from work. This will be a complete life saver to me. I pray you can help, I didn't know about this until today, I believe it was God knowing I was in need.
