Disabled Veteran Needs Assistance to Move Belongings to New Residence

My Story:

I am a U.S. Combat Disabled veteran. I have been in an in-patient PTSD program at the VA Medical Center, but am scheduled to be released soon. I am a father of two children who are both doing well in school. They are into sports and cheerleading. My wife passed away in May of 2016. She was uninsured and all of my savings were depleted on her funeral services.

I am moving to a new residence upon completing my in-patient PTSD treatment, and have to be able to pay the moving company to move my belongings to the new apartment. Having exhausted all of my savings for my late wife's services, I have no way to afford all of the moving costs. I am worried I will not be able to move myself or my children to the new residence if I do not find assistance to pay for the movers.

If you can assist me with this expense, it will have a long-term impact on my personal and financial situation. It will make it possible for my children and I to move to a new residence and not face homelessness. Thank you for your consideration.
