Oh my goodness!!! I can't even put into words how thankful I am. You have no idea how much your kindness will help my family and I. This couldn't have come at a better time. It's been extremely hard keeping up with all the bills on my own, the little I got back in taxes has ran out and I didn't even know how I was going to pay my rent next month, this will at least bring my car current so I can continue to make it to work everyday and earn as much as possible to keep myself afloat. Trying to Recover from Income Loss: Mom of 3 Needs Help to Catch Up with Car Payments
My Story:
I am a newly single mom of three children. My 11-year-old son is awesome, and spends all of his free time with his friends and playing flag football at school. He is a great help with his younger siblings. My 7-year-old daughter is a total girly girl, and she loves school. She enjoys practicing her math skills all the time. My 18-month-old son is a total charmer, and he knows how to get his way. He is just too cute!
My husband went on disability leave from his job over the summer to recover from shoulder surgery. During his time off from work, he began to succumb to his past struggles with substance abuse. It was not long before it got to the point where he forgot to pick our children up from school, and I became aware that this was an unsafe and unhealthy situation for my kids. I had no choice but to separate from him. Due to the loss of income our household experienced while my husband was out from his job, it became difficult to stay on schedule with the bills. Now that I am the sole income earner in the household, catching up is impossible.
I would be so grateful if Modest Needs could assist me in catching up with the past due balance I owe on my car. My term is almost up, but I am also days away from losing my car to repossession. Without my car, I will not be able to go to work and support my kids, run errands, or get my kids from school.
Your help would be a true blessing, and allow me to get current with my expenses. This would take some of the weight off my shoulders during a very stressful time, and I am deeply appreciative of any help I may receive.
