Car Broke Down: Single Worker Needs Urgent Repair Help
My Story:
I am a single woman with a full-time job. I earn enough to pay for my basic needs, but live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford any major added expenses.
My car recently broke down, and needs an engine repair to get back on the road. This is my transportation to work, and I am really worried I will lose my job if I can't fix my car ASAP.
I am asking for Modest Needs' help to pay for the repairs I need to get my car working again. I am in a financial bind where paying for these repairs will leave me unable to pay my rent, and I would face homelessness. On the other hand, not getting my car fixed leaves me in danger of losing my job. The public transportation options are extremely limited between my residence and workplace, and it is overwhelming to be without my car at this time.
Your help will have a lasting impact on me financially, by allowing me to get to my job every day, and continue supporting myself. This would relieve me of the worry I've been feeling over my situation, and make me so happy.
