Having the car repaired will bring peace of mind there is dependable transportation available to accomplish a myriad of responsibilities to keep my home running smoothly. Life will be more comfortable and enjoyable again! Not only will these car repairs make it possible to drive to work to earn extra needed income, but it will ease the stress of getting a sick person to constant medical appointments, including providing care for cats that are fostered in my home for a nonprofit organization. Retiree Needs Car Repair Help to Continue Working and Supplementing Fixed Income
My Story:
I am a disabled gentleman who was a DJ in the past. I love music and doing music related activities at home on the internet. I live with a very supportive woman, who is now retired, but worked in management in the past. She currently works as a product demonstrator to supplement our fixed Social Security/Retirement income. We both love animals, and we volunteer our time and resources to helping homeless cats in the community. We care for and foster homeless pets as often as we can.
Our regular fixed income enables us to cover our basic monthly bills, but we do need supplemental income from my partner's job to afford our added medical costs. Her job involves drying to various locations for product demonstrations, and she cannot work, and we cannot go to medical appointments, without a functional vehicle. Our car, however, needs to be repaired in order for her to continue working, and we do not have any way of affording this unexpected expense.
We are turning to Modest Needs for assistance to fix our vehicle. The car needs a new rack and pinion, but we do not have the funds needed to pay for this repair. We are worried that my partner will not be able to work, and with out her income, we will have to choose between receiving necessary medical care and paying for our household bills.
Your assistance will provide a lasting impact on us by enabling us to remain financially stable. The income from my partner's job allows us to continue receiving medical care and living happy and healthy lives, as well as providing foster care for animals so they can do the same. We would both be so grateful for your help in resolving this unexpected financial setback. Thank you.
