Senior Citizen Needs Help to Pay for Important Dental Work
My Story:
I am a senior citizen, living alone. I worked as a teacher, but I retired earlier than planned when a severe back and neck injury made it impossible for me to continue working. My Social Security income is just enough to cover basic living expenses each month, but I have no way of saving money for emergencies.
I am currently experiencing major dental problems, and lost my upper back teeth. The pain and difficulty I have chewing are causing additional health problems. While these problems can be solved with a dental bridge, the cost of this dental work is not possible for me to afford on my fixed income.
I am asking for Modest Needs' help to pay for the dental work I need. If I can receive help to pay for the upper flexy bridge, I will be able to chew properly again, and I will no longer have pain, difficulty digesting my food, or further damage to my jaw.
This funding will impact me in the most positive way by allowing me to resolve a health issue before it becomes a more serious one. Your help with this expense will give me a feeling of security, knowing I am in better health. It will allow me to concentrate on finding work I can do on a part-time basis, and feel confident about myself going back into the workforce as a retiree. This would mean so much to me. Thank you for considering my request.
