Please Help With Dentures

My Story:

I will be 75 years young next month. My daughter, now 58 years old moved in with me after my first back surgery in 2005. She is currently applying for disability for herself as she has a rare arthritis that as resulted in several surgeries because her bones in her wrists and neck are dissolving (H.A.L.T. Syndrome), so we sort of take care of each other.

In the last six months, I have lost 32 lbs. that my doctor says is due to old age, as he has run a lot of tests to eliminate any medical reasons. The co-pays and the death of my youngest son in Feb of this year depleted any savings we had and all our tax refunds.

My daughter, works part-time, but all our funds are allocated just to pay our bills. Her most recent surgery has resulted in wage loss for the last three pay periods and she will not be able to return to work until April 25th.

We can not afford to replace my 35 year old dentures that no longer fit, and none of the dentists we contacted will accept monthly payments. Trying to eat with these ill fitting dentures has been difficult to say the least and often results in cuts and sores in my mouth and on my gums. Nothing helps hold them in place and it is challenging to try to maintain my current weight.

This is extremely important as I have had to have a hip replaced last year and I have difficulty sitting for any length of time. Your help in paying for these dentures will greatly improve my chances of keeping my current weight or even gaining some of what I've lost. Please help me regain the ability to eat without pain and discomfort.
