Thank you so much for your help! I'm so glad to know that there's a place out there where people help people. There are really no words that could describe how grateful, we as a family are for your interest in helping veterans. Due to the backlog in the VA system it is so easy for vets nowadays to end up needing help in some way and there are a lot of vets that just slip through the cracks for one reason or another. Your willingness to help us will make it possible for us to pay our car and take a deep breath in regards to bills for a while. I'm proud to know that my husband protected people like you with his time in the military.
Veteran Needs Help With Car Payment
My Story:
My husband is an unemployed US Army Veteran. He filed for VA benefits in September last year and he also got laid off from his job around the same time. Since the last couple of classes he needed to finish getting his degree are only offered during the day, he took this 'opportunity' to finish his schooling. Since he's not working and I haven't been able to find a job, we're living of what he gets for going to school, which leaves our budget really tight.
We had to pay for his books and that really set us back to the point where we now don't have enough to make our car payment. It's the only car we have, so we need it. If anyone would be willing to help us with this, it'd really make a huge difference and help tide us over until we can either file our Tax return or hear something about the VA benefits.
Once we receive those benefits things will be better for us, but we really need something right now to get us there without us having to take out a payday loan or anything like that. Thank you.
