I'm the Mom of an Energetic 3 Year Old Boy. After Getting My Hours Slashed, We'll Be Evicted!

My Story:

I am a married mom of a 3-year-old boy. He has so much energy and loves to eat. My son is developmentally delayed, so we take him to speech and occupational therapy twice a week. I work part-time overnight at Target, and my husband does DoorDash.

I'm working on it, but my husband is currently the only one with a driver's license. Once I obtain mine, I can also make deliveries to bring in extra money. I always ask for more hours at work, but instead of giving me more, they decided to slash them. We struggle to bring in a full-time job's worth of income as is, so now that my job cut my hours, all our money goes straight to rent, bills or groceries. This past month, I paid our rent almost a month late, and now this month's payment is due.

We are requesting assistance with our rent, so we do not fall behind. I am worried that we will have to stop paying for my son's treatment to prevent us from ending up homeless. Your generous gift will ensure it doesn't come to that, and my son can keep making great progress. I take my driver's test this month, so if all goes well, we will be bringing in more next month to help us through this. Thank you so much for anything you can give toward our situation.
