My Little Girl & I Could Be on the Streets After I Was Hospitalized for a Respiratory Condition!
My Story:
I am a single mother of a 5-year-old daughter; she loves anything Barbie and is very independent. I work full-time as a customer service representative, and despite being a single parent, I am always able to pay my bills on time.
In December, I was hospitalized for a respiratory condition. I had to use my paycheck to pay my medical bill, and then I was out of work for two weeks to heal. I was not able to afford January's rent because there was no paycheck coming in. I tried multiple agencies like the Salvation Army, but I was turned away at all of them. I am working again, but it will be hard to catch up.
I am asking for help with one month of rent, so I can focus on paying back the rest. This one-time help will save us from an eviction and always playing catch up. With this help, I can get back on track for my daughter, so I can show her that everything is okay. Thank you!
