Back On Feet After Domestic Abuse

My Story:

I had to move me and my family out of a bad situation and I had to put all of our belongings into a storage unit while we were in a homeless shelter to trying to get away from a domestic abuse situation. Once we found a place the storage fees had gotten to be to expensive and I was unable to pay the bill to get our things back.

The owner of the storage facility has been trying to work with us and hold our things until I was able to pay the fees, but as I am now a single mother with no outside financial support I am unable to spare the money to pay the bill. Everything that we own and all of my childrens things from birth until now are in that storage unit as well as personal paperwork and our furniture as well.

The owner of the storage facility is willing to give me a few more months to see if your organization will be able to assist our family. I would like to thank you in advance for any help that you will be able to give our family.
