I am the sole provider of my home. I work a full-time job, but have severe arthritis in my hips, in addition to other medical conditions. I am requesting assistance with my medication.

I work at a daycare center but because of my medical condition it is difficult for me to work with the children.

I am seeking alternate employment and am in the process of receiving Social Security, both of which will allow me to afford my medication next month. Thank you for your time and energy.
