Help For Medical Lodging
My Story:
I am 26 years old mother of 8 year old twins. I was in a car accident 3 years ago that led to the finding of me having a very debilitating condition called Chiari Malformation. I am disabled use a walker/neck brace and do not receive any income ( past 3 years) other than Ocassional Child Support, My husband is our income and it only pays barely what we need to survive. I have an appointment on August 27th,at The Chiari Institute in NY .We will be there 2 nights 3 days. We are in need of assistance to stay in a hotel/lodge in the NY (Great Neck, NY) area. We have tried to make this happen as, this appointment can change/save my life but, without this we cannot afford to stay anywhere! Thank you for your consideration.
