Disabled Women Need Glasses

My Story:

Hello, my partner and I are 62 and 50, respectively and both on disability. I have barely controlled diabetes (taking Lantus and Novolog) and have had a stroke, both of which have taken a toll on my vision. She has a pituitary adenoma that presses on her optic nerve, causing her vision to deteriorate more and more.

We desperately need glasses but simply can't afford to get them. I have become afraid to drive because I really can't see well. My partner has been selling her plasma to augment our income, but it is still not enough to get eyeglasses for even one of us. We would be forever grateful for any help you could offer.
