New College Grad Just Found A Job

My Story:

Dear Individual Donors of Modest Needs, I am a Graduate of Clark Atlanta University who recently found employment. I was able to acquire my apartment because I received a refund check from my school during my final semester, which was Fall 2010. The cash from my refund check is now exhausted and I am currently in need of help to clear my debt to my apartment building. My rental payments fell behind beginning in December 2010 and the debt was combined with the rental payment for January 2011.

I have been able to come up with most of the amount owed but still have a remaining balance that I need to pay. If granted this help with my debt my arrears with the building will be cleared and I will be able to utilize my first check to pay my rent for the month of February and be caught up on payments from that point forward. I really appreciate your consideration. Thank You!
