Medical Bill Assistance

My Story:

I recently was downsized from my job of 12 years. Last year I went to the emergency room for high blood pressure. I did pay along until I lost my job. Since then, the bill has gone into collections. I have always believed in paying my bills on time. The loss in my income has reduced the household income considerably. We continue to do our best to keep our rent payment afloat the best that we can.

The assistance with this bill would be greatly appreciated! This assistance would continue to help my family to continue to go forward and I look forward to assisting others in need when I am able to work again! Sincere and Thankful!
