Disabled Woman Needs Car Repair

My Story:

I am a woman living with fibromyalgia, traumatic brain injury, and a spinal injury. I needed to move recently for my health, which used up the small amount of savings that I had. Now, I need critical car repairs, which I am unable to afford on my limited income from Social Security. Please help me to get through the winter months. I need my car to go to numerous medical appointments and to remain as independent as possible. Your help would be so greatly appreciated.
