My Story:

I'm a 34-year-old single female living in a new city with no family here. I recently had Carpal Tunnel surgery in March, which has unfortunately left me with an incurable condition called CRPS or RSD. This caused me to be placed on temporary disability from 5/19/10-9/29/10. During this time my income was drastically reduced, causing me to fall behind with several bills.

I'm back to work but still missing some pay due to weekly doctor appointments. I am slowly being able to catch up with some of my bills, but really need help with my car note that I am now 63 days behind. I need my car to continue to work and if I can get what's past due paid, all of my financial issue can finally be over. Then I can focus on getting better or deal with my possible new permanent disability.
