Child's Emergency Surgery

My Story:

Thank you for considering this. My son shattered his ankle off a curb and required emergency reconstructive surgery (plate and 9 screws). We have COBRA insurance (due to a layoff), but one of the several medical bills is still due. Thank you for your kindness and consideration.
