Disabled Senior Needs Car Repaired

My Story:

In the past year, I have lost my insurance benefits for prescriptions and am now paying over $200 a month. I have had extra medical bills, my car is failing, I need brakes, a tune-up and new shocks to keep my 1987 Toyota Camry running. I live alone and have no familial help available, and fewer friends since I became disabled.

I am struggling, but with prices so high I became behind on my rent, stupid thing to do but unavoidable at the time, and am now trying to catch up past due amounts, three payday loans, again, an error in judgment, and I have no extra funds to fix my car.

I am at my wits end trying to make my pittance stretch further than it can. Please help me so I can give rides to others, which is what I do, I take people who have no car to the places they need to go. But with my car running so badly, I don't want to get stuck on the road with somebody else in my car, if you know what I mean, it wouldn't be right to do to them since they are all like me, disabled and with little or no money. Again, I would appreciate any help at all with this problem.
