Laid Off Oil Spill - Electric Help

My Story:

My husband was laid off due to the oil spill and we have had trouble keeping up with all the bills that are piling up. I am in desperate need of help with my electricity bill as it is now in disconnect status. I do not want my five children to go without electricity but without your help we may be forced to do so. We have barely managed to maintain the rent and water with a small income. I am not one to ask for help but I have no further options with no family or friends that can spare any help. Please help me to help my family stay powered on.
