Bi-Polar and in Need of Medication
My Story:
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am disabled (mental illness) and would appreciate your help in getting my medications paid for the next 90 days. I have Medicare but they do not provide for the medications I require (anti-depressants and anti-anxiety).
Social Security Disability is not enough to cover this bill and, until now, I have been 'borrowing from Peter to pay Paul' but my rent has to be brought current. Thank you for considering helping me, and I promise once I get back on my feet I will return here to help others.
