Broke Denture And Need Teeth Pulled

My Story:

I have an upper denture that broke and I have been super gluing it but it is at the point, I can't glue it any more. I have three bad teeth that need to be pulled on the bottom and several missing teeth, so I want to pull them all and have a complete set of dentures made.

Right now I am having a hard time eating with the broke denture and the three bad teeth. I have dental insurance but they cover no dentures or extractions for dentures. I need help with this problem desperately. My husband is on social security and I am unemployed (but looking) but I can not go without teeth. Thank you for your help!
