I received my prosthetic leg on February 11th of this year. There are numerous adjustments that need to be made over the first couple of months on a new leg. Not being able to pay for the new leg, the doctor would not allow me to return to have the necessary adjustments made. The new leg is very painful and definitely needs work by my doctor.

This donation would allow me to have the essential repairs done to my prosthetic. I am able to normally drive myself to all of my doctors appointment, however, due to pain from my prosthetic not fitting properly, I have to rely on my daughters to drive me.

This puts a great stress on them as both of them are single mothers and work full time jobs. Thank you very much for considering my application and I look forward to hearing from you.
