We're Struggling to Cover Our Daughter's Medical Bills & Are in Desperate Need of Assistance!

My Story:

My husband and I have been married for 28 years. We are the proud parents of three amazing children. I was a stay at home mom and was blessed to be able to home school our children. I joined the work force part time once all three of my children graduated high school. Our oldest is 25 years old, and he is going to school to become a pastor. Our second child just turned 21 years old, and she teaches preschool children. Our third child is Ellie, who just turned 19 and is still a dependent of ours living at home. She has struggled with anxiety ever since she was very little. Over the past 4 years her struggle has really increased to the point that it affects her everyday living. On top of her anxiety struggles increasing, she started having physical ticks that go along with her anxiety. She is unable to do the things she has always enjoyed doing. Even just leaving the house is very hard for her. I made the decision to leave my job, so I could be home with Ellie to support her as well as get her back and forth to all of her doctor's appointments and counseling sessions.

We strive to live within our means each month; however, we do live paycheck to paycheck. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover Ellie's appointments. The cost of her appointments make it hard to keep up from month to month. Trying to stay on top of these medical bills has caused us to put some other needs on hold. We need to put a new roof on our house and that will cost a lot. We have an immediate need to have two more rotten trees removed from our property as soon as possible. We recently had a different tree that was rotten, removed from our property, which cost. The cost to remove these two trees is $1,200.00 each, as they are larger and close to the house. We also have water seeping into our basement, due to gutter damage, and so my husband spent $500.00 to have new ones installed. We are really struggling to upkeep our home, but if we can find assistance with our daughter's medical bills, it would be a tremendous boost to our family, and we would be so deeply appreciative.
