After a Serious Car Accident, We're Struggling to Keep Our Only Vehicle & Need Help!
My Story:
I'm a single mother of two, and my oldest is an adult and is currently in college. He's currently searching for work and is getting interviews as well. I'm confident that he'll find something he loves doing, but the search continues. My youngest daughter is still in my care, and I work two jobs, one part-time and one full-time, in order to get us by from month to month. In addition to working those two jobs, I also help care for my brother who is in a nursing home due to a stroke that he suffered. It's difficult, and I wish I could spend more time with my family, but I have to do what I can to make sure our bills are paid.
I the past couple of months, I've experienced two major hardships and setbacks. First, I was assaulted, and I can't go into details about the situation, but it has left me mentally and emotionally scarred. Beyond that, it cost me a lot of hours at my job as well. Second, my family was recently in a very serious car accident. I had to repair our vehicle, and I missed a lot of time at work then as well. Insurance wouldn't cover as much of the repair bill as I expected, and now, we're behind on our car note and are struggling to catch up.
Despite working two jobs and working as hard as I can for my family, we simply don't have enough to catch up on our car note after struggling with this accident. I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our car payment because without it, we'll lose our only means of transportation. I rely on my vehicle to get to and form both my jobs, so without it, I'll lose my only means of providing for my family. With that said, I would be very appreciative of this assistance, and I want to thank everyone who lends us a hand with this bill in advance.
