Our Water Has Been Shut-off, & I Need Urgent Help to Get it Restored Please!
I'm a recently divorced mom with an 8-year-old little boy at home. My son is my entire world, and I'm working hard to make sure he's well taken care of. A few months after the pandemic began, I was furloughed from my job and fell behind. It's been hard for my son and I, but I know we can get through this with help.
At this point, my utility bills have gotten very backed up because I've been trying to keep afloat with our rent. I have been working to get caught up, but I can only cover the basics. I live paycheck to paycheck and really can't afford to get caught up completely without falling behind on our rent. My water has already been cut off and my power is next if I can't catch up soon. I'm on the verge of collapse, and I need help to get caught back up again.
I'm humbly asking for help with getting my water turned back on and with keeping my power on. I've been able to hold onto my home through this pandemic, but it won't do me much good to live in it with no water and no power. Getting help with these two bills would be hugely important for me, and I would be so relieved to have my water turned back on because it's been so difficult to manage without it. I'm back to work, and I think I'll be able to cover all of my expenses going forward thanks to this generous assistance. Thank you all so much for your kindness and generosity and for helping me to get my water turned back on.
